Jess + Kyle | a wedding memoire at Lake Isabelle, Colorado

I had the amazing opportunity to join Jess and Kyle on their adventure of recreating their wedding ceremony at Lake Isabelle. The plan was to wake up super early, before the sunrise, and hike the 7-mile path to reach the perfect spot. And let me tell you, it was definitely an adventurous experience!

As the first light of the day was far ahead of us, we began our journey towards the beautiful lake. Although it was freezing cold and the wind was relentless, we were determined to capture the magic of this moment for Jess and Kyle.

The hike itself was quite challenging, with steep inclines and rocky terrain. But their love for each other pushed them forward, step by step. It was inspiring to witness their determination and excitement throughout the journey.

Finally, we arrived at the perfect location just in time for the sunrise. The view was breathtaking! The vibrant colors of the sky reflected on the calm waters of Lake Isabelle, creating a picture-perfect scene. This was the moment we had been waiting for.

Despite the cold and wind, we managed to snap some incredible photos. Jess and Kyle were so natural and full of joy, it was as if the freezing weather didn't bother them at all. Their adventurous spirit shone through every shot we took.

The memories created during this photo shoot will forever be cherished by Jess and Kyle. They showed us that love knows no bounds, and that embarking on an adventurous journey can bring about the most remarkable experiences.

We feel grateful to have been a part of this special day, documenting their love story against the backdrop of nature's beauty. It is times like these that remind us why we are photographers – to capture precious moments like this, full of love, joy, and adventure.

We hope these photos will serve as a lasting reminder of the incredible bond that Jess and Kyle share. May their love continue to grow, just as their adventurous spirit did on that memorable day at Lake Isabelle.
